Payments to Ukranian mobile operators

Dear Clients,
From this moment you may top up any mobile operator balance in Ukraine from the Capitalist Account.
You can make payments inside your Personal Account from the tab Transfer funds -> Mobile Operators, as well as through the Mass Payments service via API.
The transfer fee will be charged 2% of the payment amount.
