Temporary suspension of payments to VISA and MasterCard in EUR, USD.

Due to difficulties on the side of financial service providers there are temporary suspension of payments to VISA and MasterCard in EUR, USD (the exception for cards issued in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan where service provides in normal mode).
