Fee changes to Webmoney and QIWI wallets

We kindly draw your attention to the commission changes for outgoing transfers from the Capitalist account from the 22nd of January, 2021.
The commission is charged at a rate of 3.5% to WebMoney wallets and at a rate of 3% to QIWI wallets from the total transfer amount.
